3. Do Not Deviate from the Purpose of the Grant

Our Interpretation*

1. Make sure while getting FC funds that the purpose is crystal clear for what purpose it is received.
2. Make sure that you used this funds for the very specific purpose.
3. And, care should be taken that, this specific purpose should even reflect in the books of accounts, FC Annual Returns and Annual Reports. You can use cost-category features in Tally to separate projectwise grant and expenses as mentioned in my blog here.
